How is the registration process?

To register, please follow the link above.

Personal data: Fill in your personal information in the registration form.
Billing data: By default, the system uses the personal data entered in the first step. If you need a separate invoice, activate “I need an invoice and I need to enter billing information” and enter the details.
Abstracts: You can submit your abstract during registration or after completing it.
Registration type: Select your category: Industry, Academia, or Student.
Complete registration: Review your information, choose your payment method (bank transfer, credit card via PayPal, or Stripe), and accept the terms and conditions.

How do I change or select my method of payment?

Payments can be made during registration or later by logging back into your registration using the link above.

To access payment options:

Log in and go to “My Events”
Select your event
Click on “Registration”
Choose “Pending Payments”
Select or change your preferred payment method

Available payment methods:

Bank transfer
Credit card online via Stripe or PayPal

- Stripe: No account required
- PayPal: In some countries, a PayPal account may be required — check your local PayPal site for details

How to pay your registration fee and get your proforma/invoice?

Log in into the registration platform and enter the email address used to register and your password.
Select the event in “My events” and go to “Invoices and payments” to pay your registration fee and/or download your proforma/invoice.
